I attended a conference here and thought that it would be convenient because the conference was there. This is possibly the worst stay I have had in a hotel in this price range. Although the rooms were okay and the pools were in good shape, the rest of the hotel is understaffed and in poor repair. 3 times in 3 days I waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to handle a request. The continental breakfast is VERY limited and there are no restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. I could only find 1 working ice machine in the whole place and there were no working drinking fountains! I will never go back. A a note, they double charged me when I checked out!!!

Breakfast was cold and greasy. Our meeting room showed signs of water leakage on ceiling, a/c noisy, and carpet needed cleaning. Resturant was dark and dingy. Housekeeping "pounded" on our door right at 11:00 AM on check out day, instead of a friendly phone call. They let teenagers run the halls at 2:OO AM, pounding on doors. We had to call desk and it took them 30 minutes to respond. If you can find some place else to stay.

At first glance, this appears like a nice place. Interesting architecture. But it is not a nice place. Rude, uncaring personnel at check-in. Whoops, no wi-fi in your room. Move to another (upgraded!)--no apologies. Whoops, no hand towels and washclothes. No apologies for that either. Bathroom did not have working vent/fan (no window). Television set color was off (previous parties, no doubt). The bathroom was disgusting. Missing and stained grout, water didn't drain from tub, toilet clogged. Went to three ice machines before I found a working one (after asking). Although we had reservations for two nights, we left after one. Not their fault, but the neighborhood is visably unsafe. One positive: very nice and friendly service at the breakfast buffet (standard fare for Comfort Inn).

My wife and I stayed for only one night, like most other people I've heard. This hotel is aweful, would be served better as a parking lot for Busch Gardens. The staff wanted us to wait for them to fix the air-conditioner in the room they put us in at 11:30pm after we had just made the 3 1/2 hr drive to this hotel. They were not at full occupancy and expect thier customers to wait in thier lobby in the middle of the night for them to fix something as detrimental in south florida as air-conditioning!?! We expected more from a 3-star hotel than this. If you're a hardcore partier you'll feel right at home. The bar in the lobby could be heard all over the place even into the late hours of the night. Breakfast is a joke. The whole intention is to make you think you get a continental breakfast included in your stay, when in reality you have to upgrade to a hot buffet for $6/person which isn't actually a buffet. You order off of a single page leaflet of hardly more than you have available on the miniscule continental breakfast. If you're looking for something close to Busch Gardens there are other dumps to choose from even closer than this one! Just take your pick!

The staff was good but once we got in the room our towels were damp and there were a lot of wet stops on the ceiling. The beds were not comfortable. I would not stay there again.
