My husband and I stayed here for 3 days while in Philadelphia, we would definitely stay again. We were upgraded to a suite upon check in, not sure why, but we enjoyed it. Comfortable bed, everything was very clean, the best part is the close distance to Reading Terminal Market. We ate there every day, food is fantastic!! The hotel is also within walking distance to almost everything. Highly recommended!!

We stayed here cause it was close to everything and the price we got for 4 adults was great... Besides the long wait to check in cause the computers were down, the staff was really nice and passed out free soda and water and we all got free breakfast the next day. Rooms were very comfy and you couldn't hear the traffic at all. Beds were great.. fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Daughter and Son-In-Law said the pool and hot tub need updating.. but good enough to relax in. Breakfast was great. Buffet style, tell the cook what you want and he makes it right there so you get it hot. Watch out for the coffee.. if you like it strong, then don't worry. If not, ask for the orange juice... fresh squeezed and perfect. Only problem we had was the parking price, different from online quote. Trash and broken glass to walk over and the spilled food in the elevator was gross. We believe that guests in the hotel should get either free parking or a discount since both are on the same property.

Upon checking in we were told we were not registered at the hotel and we were not there the previous or following week, turns out our name was put in incorrectly, but nonetheless the front desk attendant was not very helpfull. 10th floor grill graet food great view waiter Harold best in the business great conversation. Will return only to visit Harold.
