Although the hotel is clean and the staff friendly, we were very disappointed as this is billed as an "all-suite" hotel. Maybe all-suite means something different to others, but to us it means at least a partial wall. The rooms are basically longer than the typical room with a sofa on one end. Everything seemed to work and be clean, but we thought we were paying more for a suite when really all we got was a slightly larger room. Could probably do as well for less money other places in the area.

I have family in Greenville. I travel here often. Have stayed at most places in the area. For a fairly new hotel in the area, this place was the pits. Neither phone in my room worked & no one even attempted to fix it--even after asking twice. Maids removed the used towels & washcloths....did not leave fresh ones! did not vacuum, did not remove trash, pulled cover over the bed...with papers still on the bed, refrigerator was loud, shower was broken. There are MUCH better places to stay in Greenville for half the price!NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Clean & comfortable but not family-oriented. Breakfast bar without juices, creamers, cereal selections. No cookies/milk as promised on itinerary. Pool umbrellas removed from pool- no shade. Broken equipment in gym- needed treadmill for 2 day stay. Disappointed for price.
