  The front desk help need to take high school math again. they charged my credit cards two times. the room was very nice and the breakfast was good.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. the only availability in rooms were smoking rooms. i thought that would not be a problem but the smell was horrible. my own ...

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only availability in rooms were smoking rooms. I thought that would not be a problem but the smell was horrible. My own clothes smelled like smoke. The room was also not clean. Lots of dust bunnies. I had to find another hotel after a one night stay.The staff did bring a fan up to elimanate the smell but unfortunaly it was not a long term solution. I am sure travelocity will credit my account

  The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly. breakfast had many good choices and not too busy. the shuttle only goes to airport, though. restaurants w/in walking distance. ...

  I gave this hotel a rating of 5 ? not intended to indicate a ""world-class five star hotel."" However, it does represent that I was 100% satisfied. It has all the things I look for in a hotel: internal room entry, courteous staff, relatively new, clean, well-lit, and safe. It also has the free continental breakfast, which saves a lot of money and time. If in Greenville NC, I would definitely stay here again!
