Great locatoin, not many activities in hotel, air unit broken

Our room was gorgeous, a corner room overlooking the city. There was only 1 restaurant/lounge and they shared a space. The staff was great but there were no activities. Not much for fitness, no pool or spa. Our Air Conditioner had to be replaced after 24 hours of a warm room. The gentleman actually came into our room and spent some time removing the old unit and putting in another. It was his second visit to check the air. The food was good and the location, close to Rittenhouse Square was lovely.

We couldn't be happier with the Radisson Warwick. We had made previous arrangements to stay at the Center City Embassy Suites (bad idea). When they wouldn't allow us to have more than 5 people in our room (to change to go out for a bachelorette party) and suggested that the bride and her mom and aunts and bridesmaids hang out in the lobby that was under construction, the Radisson was ready and willing to accomodate us. Service was impeccable, all the staff and even the guests were friendly and made sure we had everything and more we could have wanted. The room was roomy and very trendy. I will go out of my way to stay there again! Thank you for saving our bride's night!

We have stayed at this hotel prior to the upgrades (about 4 years ago) and decided to go back this year for the 4th of July. The hotel is very clean and the staff was pleasant and ready to assist. The hotel rooms now have sleep number beds, very interesting and fun trying to determine your number. There are two restaurants in the hotel and 24hr roomservice. The location is great near shopping and restaurants. Great city and hotel to spend a weekend getaway.
