We loved this hotel. Right in the middle of history. Front desk was cordial, but bell hop/door men were more than helpful with directions and hours of operations for local historic sites. We wished we could have stayed more than one night. If we return to Philadelphia, this will be the place we stay . . . or recommend to others.

stayed at the omni a few weeks ago! The room was so beautiful and the bed so comfy. The lounge was nice and the bartender made an awesome Cosmopolitan. The people who work there are so friendly and accommodating . We were only there one night and we felt like we were somewhere special. My husband and I want to go back for a weekend, the place is awesome' So much to see so much to do( took a long walk did some shopping) and the restaurant we ate at was really awesome. It was called Nineteen. We asked for somewhere nice to eat they called us a cab made our reservations!! The food was great and very affordable. The breakfast the next day was so delicous. When we had to leave we were so sad to go it was so much fun. We highly recommend this place.

For the rating and price of this hotel, my friend and I were very dissapointed. We expected much better accomodations. Though the staff was very friendly and personable, we had several problems throughout our one night stay. While in the middle of changing clothes, the maid entered without permission...creating an akward situation. Also, in the morning as we were trying to quickly get ready so we could check out, the electricity went out. finally, when we were able to leave...the elevators were not working. The service in the lounge was pretty awful as well. We waited for the bartender's attention, but after waiting for such a long time for a refill...we opted to get the check and leave. It's not a bad place if you're looking for somewhere to stay, but it's highly overrated. The location is convenient and the area is beautiful if your room has a view, but overall we didn't like it.

location was wonderful! Staff very friendly ,rooms great. Only complaint i had the walls appeared to be a bit thin, could hear conversation in next room. This is the only hotel for me in Philly, I won't stay any place else just wonderful.
