The room was nice. Great bed and tv. The pillows were too large though. The free breakfast was all carbs and it was cold in the breakfast area. The elevators are old, small and I was afraid every time I used them that I would get stuck. The pool was not heated. We also had a difficult time getting to the hotel from the freeway. The area is set like a cobweb and it is very hard to figure out. However the hotel is right across from a walmart, sams club and several good resturants and just down the street is a huge mall call Northridge or something. It was also a bit of a ways out from the Denver downtown that I wanted. They are still remodeling this hotel so maybe when its finished they'll have some of the kinks resolved like the elevators.

The price was good-- but you get what you pay for! The floor in the room was dirty when we arrived, stayed 3 days were never cleaned. Room key card did not work, we had to recharge it every time we left and tried to reenter, not even a sorry. Breakfast, big add on page, what breakfast. Went down for coffee none!! No rolls, bread---cereal but no milk. Asked at the desk we'll get to it. Maids have not come in yet. Breakfast was supposed to start an hour ago. NO COFFEE. We did know there were repairs going on, but when we came out they were drilling wholes in the walls and the stuff was falling into the parking lot, they did not block off that portion of the lot, real thoughtful. Staff really did not care. I will not be staying here again!!!

I drove from L.A. to Denver in one drive. I arrived at Hotel 3737 about 2a.m. Denver time, and was, of course, exhausted. The first room I had, the air conditioner didn't work, which was annoying, but the room was very comfortable and the beds were great. So after a decent night's sleep, I go to take a shower and the water had been turned off from 10:30a.m. to 3p.m. No air/water? I was not happy. I asked for the manager, and he was extremely professional, changed my room to one with a functioning air conditioner, and compensated me approprietly for my inconvenience. The rest of my stay was great and very comfortable. Hotel 3737 is being renovated into a very nice hotel with very nice rooms: Take advantage of their pricing now, because when their done, the price will no doubt go up.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Denver to see a concert happening the day after our arrival. We arrived at the hotel four hours earlier than check in and not knowing their specific policies, I thought they might check us in early. I asked the girl at the front desk and she respectfully said she could not. My boyfriend and I ate some lunch and killed some time but we eventually ended up back at the hotel around 12:45. At 2:00 pm I went back down to the counter to see if she could just let us in the room 1 hour early, as she had been watching us for the past hour and half in the lobby. As I approached the counter she was handing a room key to a man with a bag; he proceeded up the stairs. I asked her again if she would check us in and she said no! She then started to explain to me why she had checked him in and not me. I was livid at this point as I had already paid for this crappy place. The rest of the staff was very rude. On our way back from our late night we had discovered the front door to the hotel was blocked We started making hand signals and having to raise our voice to ask the staff at the front desk how to get in. Instead of coming around the counter the man proceeded to do hand signals to "get us around the building." Broken elevators and small fire escapes. The maid knocked on the door three times to clean the room and when they finally came in, not one garbage can had been emptied.
