The Greenville Hilton is one of the city’s oldest hotels, and it shows in every facet of the property. From their antiquated amenities and décor to thier lackluster staff and management, you will be surprised that this hotel is considered to be a part of the Hilton chain. Check in was incredibly slow, my room key did not work, and it took several trips to the front desk to finally get into my room. Surprisingly the door had a broken card key reader, but the staff failed to mention this to me during the four times I had to return to the front desk to have my key activated. The shower did not have hot water, and the fridge did not keep my drinks cool. The bed linen had several bleach stains and smelled of disinfectant. The tvs in the room did not have good sound or picture quality. Upon checking out of the hotel, I mentioned the issues that I had with my stay, and was berated, then brushed aside as a younger couple was checked in before I could check out. I followed up with the management a short time after that, and the management staff basically told me to get over it. Staying at the Hilton Greenville was a complete chore, but don’t just take my word for it. Find out for yourself by wasting your time and money by dealing with this subpar excuse for a motel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was a great hotel, the bed was comfortable, linen smooth, room was clean. I would stay here again. The front desk checked me in quickly and were very polite.
