  This hotel is perfectly situated right on the 16th Street Mall, making it centrally located for a variety of activities and good eats in lower downtown (LoDo). Whether you're attending an event at the convention center, the capitol, or Pepsi Center, you'll find yourself just a brief ten-minute walk away--which saves a ton on taxis or rental cars if you aren't going far. (And parking at Denver hotels is notoriously pricy!) The rooms are clean and at least average in size, and although the hallways can be a bit noisy if you have latenight events in your area, your overall stay will be pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again...

  This hotel is located downtown on the 16th street outdoor mall. It is close to the Colorado Convention Center and many other downtown attractions. The building has been converted from a former store so the rooms are smaller than normal. I found the staff helpful and the room was clean. I found the location the best part about this hotel.

  Stayed 2 nights downtown for the convenience of getting to the Broncos/Colts game without having to worry about parking. This hotel allowed us to come and go as we pleased with no worries and had everything within arms reach.
