The best part about the hotel is the location. Right on 18th street on the boardwalk. Perfect for heading out to the beach or walking up and down Atlantic. The room we stayed in was descent. Fairly clean although the sheets had holes in them, but you can beat a balcony with an ocean view. Perfect for watching the fireworks during the summer. The decor of the hotel definetly needs an update but I wouldn't mind staying again

The hotel was run down, the WIFI was out for the entire time we stayed. Futhermore the air conditioner drained onto the balcony and created a large puddle that would not go away unless the air conditioner was turned off, yeah right in 90 degree heat. The purpose of the ocean front view was for the kids and I to go out on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. We coouldnt use the balcony. I was extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel. Also, the beds were very worn with noticeable depressions and just weren't comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel it self was horrible the room didn't look very clean and the room smelled funny. On the day that I was leaving I saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. I will never stay there again.
