When I made the reservation I asked if we were staying in the newest section of the resort, I was told 'yes'. Since they had just painted and put new comforters in the room, I guess they thought that would make it qualify as "the newest section". When we arrived I was disappointed as soon as we walked into our nonsmoking room and smelled smoke! Then we found a fake military dog tag under the bed when I stepped on it. The ceiling tile over the shower had a hole in it, but I stuffed it with tissue...no videos of me on the internet! I will never go there again!

We arrived at the elevator, there were wires sticking out of the wall, elevator wouldn't work, so we had to use the stairs. The stairs were filthy and smelly, with vomit on the floor. In the room, there were wires just connected together on the air conditioning, sitting in the middle of the floor. There were wires sticking out of the wall around the sink area. The hotel was dated and dirty. The lazy river's were more like idol puddles, minuscule. I suppose 2 of the swimming pools were worthy of the name. The cafe/bar had no beer, so could hardly be called a bar. Other than one restaurant, everything else was a fair drive to get to. Overall, overpriced and very disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel on June 23rd 2009 and i'm glad I only booked it for one night. The elevator didn't work, the carpet smelled like someone had urinated on it and we couldn't swim in the pool or the lazy river because it was so dirty. Please take my advice the pictures on the website are deceaving. Look at the room before you pay and that's anywhere you stay.

the hotel looks like it was decorated about 100 years ago. half of the elevators had wiring hanging out of them and didn't work. the stairways were dirty and smelly,and there were supposed to be seven swimming pools, when really you could at most call two of them pools, the others were like puddles.

We took our kids to the beach and we chose to stay here. We got the 4th night free deal with breakfast included. Food was good, kids loved the pools, our balcony has nice ocean view and beach was not overcrowded. Our room was nice. Would definately stay again.
