Our hotel stay was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out studio couch. It had more seating room than most hotel rooms we have stayed in. Having a mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room was wonderful. The curved shower rod in the bathroom gave you more moving around space when taking a shower. Having an outdoor swimming pool rather than an indoor one was not an issue but the weather didn't co-operate so our grandson couldn't go swimming. Again that was not a big deal. The breakfast was nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and had a good sense of humor. Please don't be fooled with the lower rating this hotel has. If we come back to Austin, this hotel would be where we would stay.

I was on one day business trip and needed a one night stay in Austin. I chose this place on a three previous reviews. It looks like this hotel is almost new. Room is very clean. Nice crisp towels in a spotless bathroom with large white one-piece porcelain sink and counter. Clean carpets. Nice king size bed with clean sheets. High-speed WI-FI which is password protected, which means a lot to me; other hotels offer free WI-FI, but it is completely unprotected, and their front desk have no idea about wireless security. This hotel at least went so far as to protect their WI-FI with password, which you can get by calling front desk. If your laptop does not have a built-in WI-FI, there is a LAN connector on a wall right above the work desk. Nice granite floors in the lobby and elevator. Check-in took about ninety seconds. It was just a bit pricier the some other hotels (about $30 more), but worth every penny! Love it. Would stay here every time I am in Austin. I am yet to check out their breakfast tomorrow morning.

We had absolutely ZERO problems with this hotel. You were greeted with Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable...Our room even had a sofa, that folded out to another bed...We will definately be back, if we are in Austin again.

Facility is clean, service is good. Pool and Hot tub clean and working. Room has frig and microwave. Breakfast has various foods for all appetites, served hot with nice dining area. Great for families or couples. Enjoyed the stay, will plan to go back!!
