The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel are very clean. It does have a cigarette odor throughout. I purchased a can of air freshener and that helped. If you can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke I wouldn't stay there, otherwise it's a very nice hotel. The hotel is in a nice area of Richmond and close to many different stores, restaurants and a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop!
I would definitely stay there again. -

My husband and I stayed here and was really very pleased. The room was clean, there was no noise, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We would tell anyone to book a room here. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here. There are lots of places to eat and it is close to alot of things. This is a great place.

The room is ok, nothing fancy. most extended stays do not have cleaning during the week. this one does. the breakfast is terrible, hardly worth the effort.
