This hotel was dirty, run down, and just plain gross. I went for a business trip in Richmond and this hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. There were holes in my walls. The bathroom was gross. My room smelled funny even though they swore it was smoke-free. The heater was super loud and woke me up all night. The remote to my tv had no battery door...instead the battery was held in by a piece of Scotch tape. This is by far the WORST hotel I

This hotel is the biggest dump ever. It is disgustingly dirty, the photo that they are advertising is not a correct picture of this hotel it is a picture of a totally different days inn. Smoke detector was hanging from the roof by wires, paint chipping from the walls in the rooms, hallway that we had to walk back to get to our room was filthy, ice machine had white stuff running down the side of it that appeared to have been there for years!! I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We canceled our rooms and found another hotel.

This hotel was chosen because of the price and location from I-95. Well you get what you pay for. I opened the door to the room and immediately saw stains on the carpet. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and deodorizers. There were also hairs on the pillows. One of the dresser drawers fall off and missed my daughters feet. The black cable wire came in over the door and creped across the white wall to the TV. The rails that lead into the pool are not stable; they sway back and forth. If a person were to grab onto the rails for support they will surely fall down. I took pictures but I do not see a link to post them. If you are looking for comfort; please don’t book a room with this particular hotel. Remember you get what you paid for.

The place was terrible! Bathrrom was filthy, there was not hot bwater in the shower. Roaches in the reakfast room and the server did not have shoes on! Everything was falling apart. Will report to the Rcihmond Dept of health.

This is without a doubt the most disgusting hotel that my family and I has ever stayed at. To begin the outside of the premises smelled like urine, upon entering, it was clear that the cleaning staff werent doing their jobs. Dirt and dust was on the floor and behind the bathroom doors,the sheets werent clean and heres the worst....THE BEDS HAD BED BUGS.My family and I woke up to find our skin horribly bit up and even saw a couple of them on the mattress once we removed the sheets. We were refunded for the night but at that point our vacation was already ruined. My advice is to sleep in your car or find the local shelter before even thinking about staying at that dump.
