This hotel was horrendous (said in the accent of Simon Cowell). Dreadful... the hotel smelled. The first night I took the comforter off the bed and there were black grease spots and hair all over it. I asked for it to get changed, and only one person was working. After a horrifying experience of trying to explain what a fitted sheet is... I got my new sheets and had to change them myself. I had called the hotel myself after booking the trip to ask for a handicap/wheelchair accessible room, which they said they had. Upon arrival they looked at me like I was crazy. Luckily, after 40 minutes they made the room ready. However, I wouldn't call this a handicap room. Just because you put a smaller bed in there (to make the outside edges wider for a wheelchair), and place a moveable shower head, does not make it handicap. There was still a tub that needed to be gotten into, which if you can't walk, you can't do. A handicap room should have a shower, not a tub.... I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever stay here again. It was disgusting, dirty, gross, and not worth a penny.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the interstate. We were just passing through Austin, but if we were to stay, it wasn't far from capital. The hallways reaked, but the room itself did not smell as bad. Free wi-fi was a plus as it enabled me to find a different hotel for my next pass through Austin 5 days later. I would not stay here again, but I've been in worse

Made advance reservations based on the Ramada name. Very dissapointed. Hotel was poorly lit, dirty, and had a mildew smell. Was told I could have Micro/Fridge when I made reservations, but had to wait 2 days because they said they had no one to deliver it to my room. Was also quoted wrong price. Only reason we stayed was because the Austin relays were in town and there were few rooms available.

The lighting is scary, smells of mildew & smoke. Our non-smoking room smelled awful. The ac made it worse, ceiling had water spots, carpets were stained, bedsheets didn't cover mattress. Rooms there and at all the hotels in the area were being offered for $10-20 less, so the convenience of pre-booking wasn't even a plus. Please spend extra money & stay somewhere without being nervous or feeling like you are sleeping in filth! The only thing OK was the staff at the front were friendly, but all the smiles in the world couldn't make it worth a penny.

It was a bed and a place to stay, could use major rework from the floor up.Nothing in walking distance as far as food goes. Without a car you pretty much order in.It clean, but not in the best part of town around it a little rough. No place for a Woman alone. Breakfast has very limited fair, cereal, toast, plain donuts.
