Stayed at this hotel on two seperate occasions. The first time was a holiday so the hotel was almost empty, that stay was pretty good. The second stay the hotel was really busy and VERY noisy, I could here the neighbours using the bathroom and flushing, people upstairs sounded like they had an elephant up there and in the middle of the night we realized our a/c was not working and the room got very hot then at 5am someones alarm went off and continued to go off so after a sleepless night we got up and checked out. The room was very clean and the bed and bedding very good, so if you think you are going at a slow time of year then I would say go ahead, but it is very noisy on a busy night.

We arrived at 11 pm and were greeted by a courteous desk attendant. The room was spacious and clean. Balcony provided a nice view and the king bed and sofa were comfortable.

You will enjoy staying at this Courtyard. It is very convenient to activities in Richmond. The hotel has a Courtyard access in the center of the hotel with access to bottom floor rooms. It was very clean and had many amenities for a small hotel.
