  Check in was a little overwhelming, hotel was understaffed and the desk person was not cooperative, she was clearly in a bad mood throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we needed and requested towels and were told we would have to come get them so we did. After that, the weekend stay was great. The breakfast was awesome and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We were very glad to find out how pet friendly Best Western is, they housed all the guests with dogs on the ground floor but it was quiet and cute! Location was great too, we had to travel back and forth from North to South and the hotel was very accessible. We will stay again.

  Very safe atrium hotel with good free breakfast and service. clean room and friendly staff. free high speed internet and indoor pool make my stay very enjoyable.
