Spent 3 nights..... there over Nascar weekend May 2nd 2009. First night was horrid, couple next door had traffic in/out from midnight till 2am, then started up again with arguing swearing around 6am, made for a miserable un-rested night. A call to the front office demanding for us to move, but they had them move not us. Nothing fancy here folks, not the best, seen worse, but it is a place to crash after a long day at the race track, if your looking for a place to actually spend time AT the hotel?.... go elsewhere. There is a sense of"" we aren't in kansas anymore Toto"", and I can see some safety concerns, but crap happens everywhere, mind ya business, get in and out, should be fine.

Stayed here for a week. Room was very clean and the place has had a major face lift recently. Staff was rather nice, had a problem with the hot water and had none for 3 days. Internet was out for 4 days of our stay. But for $* a nite it was real good since it was clean. Security can be a bit improved as the number of "walkers" all thru the nite can make you sleep with one eye open.
Oh, the elevator also went out and on our 2nd day and it never ran again while we were there. Ask the desk to send a fax and the charge was $* per sheet and they would not even help out after we stayed thru all the mishaps... They sure could work on the hospitality area for sure. -

I stayed here one night and that was enough! this place does not seem safe. there is a glass partition separating you from front-desk clerk at check-in. must ...
I stayed here one night and that was enough! This place does not seem safe. There is a glass partition separating you from front-desk clerk at check-in. Must hand all documents, including ID, through a space under the glass. When I got to room, deadbolt did NOT work. Had to go back downstairs to front desk and tell clerk to move me to another room. Very inconvenient. Rooms need redoing, very poor service and unfriendly. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere!
